Mr. Vijay Choudhary – An Entrepreneur-par-excellence, with Commerce background and more than 20 years of experience and global exposure to diverse businesses, which have translated into an insight in conducting business & project development in Multi-Sectors like Industrial, Engineering and Infrastructure Projects.He is the Driving Force behind the momentum of the Enterprise and is the Group CEO.
Mr. B.L. Kejriwal – One of the Founder-Directors of the Company, who has a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (UK) and has over 40 years experience in Infrastructure and allied sectors.
Mr. D. N. Bakhai – A Technocrat of long standing and long association with Zoom, who has a B.E., M.S. (Ohio State), F. I., with 40 years experience in corporate & senior management roles covering the Engineering and Polyester fields with Multinationals. He was earlier Managing Director of Chemtex Dupont India Ltd. at Mumbai.
Mr. Yashpal Sahni – Another technocrat of long standing and well-known figure in the IT industry. He was instrumental in setting up of the Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) an internationally known giant of IT Industry. He heads the IT/ITES-related activities in the Group.
OPERATIONAL TEAM
The Main Board is assisted by a multi-disciplinary team of Senior Professionals (Executive Directors, Presidents/VPs/AVPs of various SBUs/Projects, Company Secretary, CFO, Legal Counsellors, Vice Presidents in Project Finance and Corporate Finance Departments, Vice President in Strategic Management cell, VP in HR Deptt., and Head-Admn / Facility Planning)’ who have both wide experience and specific expertise in their respective domains/disciplines, to support the Corporate Management in achieving the Enterprise’s Mission and Vision, while upholding its Core Values.
