International Trade & Convention Centre, Kochi : Zoom Developers has already purchased 40 acres of land from KINFRA, for developing one of the most comprehensive commercial hub involving one 3 star and one 5 star hotel and commercial space in phased manner. This involves 4.4m sq.ft of development with an investment of over Rs.1200 crores. The project is in various stages of planning and implementation.

Multi-Services SEZ Indore : Zoom Developers has already obtained in principle, approval for a multi services SEZ on an area of 100 hectares(250 acres) at Indore, involving an investment of over Rs.750 crores in a phased manner. Ernst & Young have been appointed as the adviser for preparation of feasibility report for implementation in a phased manner.

Railway over bridge Gannaur : The project involves Design and Construction of Two lane approaches of approx. 250 mtrs. on each side of the ROB at Gannour. (Sonepat Distt.) in Haryana.Total Project Cost is 8.5 Crores and is nearing completion.

ROB at Kurukshetra : This Project involved Construction of additional two lane ROB at level crossing on Delhi- Ambala Railway Line at Kurukshetra (Haryana). This Bridge has been completed by us and has been commissioned and dedicated for public use after inauguration by the Honorable Chief Minister of Haryana on 10th March 2007.

ROB at Bhiwani : Zoom Developers have  secured an order for construction of 2-lane ROB on Delhi-Rewari-Bhatinda Railway line near Bhatinda from PWD(B&R), Haryana. This order was secured through a competitive bidding process and is to be completed within a period of 12 months.

Hotel cum commercial project Amritsar : The project involves development of 1,60,000 Sq.feet consisting of an 80 room hotel, service apartments and 90,000 sq.feet of commercial complex for retail & food court on the Amritsar-Jalandhar road.

Heritage Resort Pushkar : A 56 room heritage resort, on 4.5 acres of land with picturesque landscaping.  The area is about 3 kilometers from the Pushkar Holy Tank and famous temple of Lord Brahma.  The resort shall have facilities of international standards including Swimming Pool, Multi-Cuisine Restaurant, Camel Safaris, WLAN, Spa, pick up and drop to the traditional Pushkar Fair, Stand alone colourful self contained tents etc.

Pacific coast city project(Metro Manila)-PHILIPPINES : The Pacific Coast City is envisaged as the only alternative to the very congested Metro Manila. Metro Manila is the Metropolitan area that contains the city of Manila, as well as sixteen surrounding cities and municipalities, including Quezon City. Pacific Coast City is the only project of private initiative and private ownership of its magnitude that has been conferred National Flagship, Special Economic Zone and Tourism Estate status. Zoom Developers has signed the agreement for 30,000 hectares of Land for development of an Integrated Township on Collaboration/ Joint Venture basis.

Bonifacio Global City Manila-PHILIPPINES : A project for the development of 15 lacs square feet condominiums in the Forbes Park Area, world class condominiums and club facilities for the residents of Manila and Makati cities. The project will boast of 600 condominiums and would go up to 40 storeys.

Soledad, San Jose, California, USA : Zoom Developers has purchased approximately 5,000 Acres of land in Soledad, California, out of which 2,500 acres of land is for the development of a township and on the rest of the land, five IT parks are planned to be developed. It is envisaged to make this area into a knowledge city.

Green Palms Residential Project :- Patiala : Green Palms – The First Approved Residential Colony in the Heart of Patiala City – Sheesh Mahal in New Moti Bagh Area on an area of approx. 10 acres of land consisting of 100 + International Quality Row houses – Independent expandable Mediterranean Villas with facilities of International Standards.  The Palace, the NIS, the main shopping area and all the major landmarks are within 1 km from the site, a Lake and Deer Park just opposite the site on the main road to Chandigarh is also proposed.

Budget Hotels : Zoom has already been awarded the construction and management of budget hotels at the following locations by IRCTC on BOT basis for 30 years. At present the documentation for these is in progress :-
